Terms of use.
Practical rules for authorised use of the project workspace.
Updated
Access and accounts
Xtrackers / Create is a Xtrackers workspace operated by bitfuel GmbH for authorised business use. Use your own account, keep authentication details private and only access projects available to you under the workspace’s permissions. Do not forward invitation, password recovery or personal sign-in links to anyone other than their intended recipient.
Project owners and administrators manage membership and access. Report unexpected access or suspected account misuse through the contact details.
Content and permissions
Only upload, edit or share material that you are authorised to use for the intended purpose. Observe intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations and data protection requirements. Do not upload passwords, access credentials or personal data unrelated to the project.
Access to an asset is not a licence for unrestricted reuse. Existing agreements and the rights of the relevant authors, clients and licensors determine what may be used, edited and distributed.
AI and review
AI is a tool for preparing and revising material. Check generated facts, calculations, claims, images and rights before using or publishing an output. The user requesting the work remains responsible for arranging the appropriate human review.
Only send material to AI services when your organisation permits it. See Privacy / AI assistance for the processing involved.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person’s credentials, introduce malicious files or interfere with the service. Use comments and collaboration features for the project concerned.
To report a content, privacy or security concern, identify the relevant project or account without sending passwords, tokens or confidential details unnecessarily. Use the operator contact.
Existing agreements
These usage rules describe the workspace’s intended use. They do not replace individually agreed client, employment, confidentiality or data-processing agreements, and do not expand any licence to third-party material. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
These rules do not create a purchase or subscription, change separately agreed fees, or exclude statutory liability.
